This project is the culmination of over a year's work building a system that is easy to use, flexible, and fast. There are many systems available that meet one or two of these criteria. The challenge has been to build a program that could answer each of these requirements without sacrificing the others.

There are a wide range of tools that allow people to edit websites. Some are very easy to use, and others allow an experienced developer to do amazing things. this.

The digitalus team looks at site management from a different point of view. This system borrows from the strengths of many of the existing options.

- it has all of the search engine optimization tricks that blogs use
- it offers rich editing, and virtually unlimited flexibility building and managing site design
- custom functionality is easy to build into the core system
By thinking out of the box we were able to bridge the gap. This was accomplished by drawing from the strengths of many established methods. The end result is a full featured content management system that is as easy to use as a blog.
